Our design process creates and validates designs for products, processes and systems – including their life cycle processes such as manufacturing, maintenance and end-of-life considerations such as recycling, remanufacturing or disposal. Regardless of the context, our engineering design process is iterative – activities and decisions often need to be revisited multiple times as new information becomes available – although what is iterated and how many times can vary.

Our project management services provide expert supervision, planning and execution to ensure that projects – particularly in the construction, infrastructure and engineering sectors – are completed on time and within budget. These services cover the entire project lifecycle, including procurement, cost management, risk assessment and safety coordination. We act as the client's representative to ensure the effective achievement of objectives.

Our cost estimating service provides contractors, developers and engineers with accurate and professional cost estimates, material calculations and bid proposals. 

These services utilize specialized software (e.g. Benchmark, PlanSwift) and experienced, certified estimators to improve bid-to-win ratios, reduce overhead costs and prevent cost overruns.
